What's New

NEW CLIENTS

With the recent news that U30 will be closing its practice for veterinary care by the end of July, we have been getting many new clients. We are asking that clients have their records sent over to us visit email, fax, or brought in person. Once we receive your pet's medical records, we will give you a call to schedule a meet and greet appointment with your pet. The cost of this will be $40.00. This will allow us to examine your pet and get a thorough examination on them while they are healthy and not experiencing any medical issues.

Also, for clients who were previous clients of our practice and had chosen to leave to go to U30 or another facility, those clients will not be permitted to return as clients. In leaving, you have severed the client-patient relationship that you had built with us and therefore have indicated that you do not have trust in us or value our services and therefore we can not rebuild that relationship and accommodate your needs at this time.
