Prescription Requests for Our Current Clients
If you need a refill of a medication for your pet, please call the office for these requests. Do not send emails as these are not checked daily and also we do not have access to your records outside of the office. It is more efficient for you to call and request a prescription by phone so we can look up your pet's records at the same time. Thank you
Beginning January 1st, 2020 we will no longer be accepting new clients. Unfortunately with Dr. Lajzer residing from her position we will be a one doctor practice once again and cannot keep up with our current clients if we are accepting new clients. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. Once a replacement for Dr. Lajzer is found, we will once again begin to accept new clients. Thank you for your understanding.
